Dr. Ruffin worked as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor while attending U of M. She eventually added certifications for Spinning and aerobics to her resume and continued to train and teach fitness for many years. She has also been an athlete all of her life. This combination has given Dr. Ruffin a confident grasp of how to help you heal from an injury, reduce your risk of injury, as well as be a top performer in your sport and in life.

She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose CA in 1998 with a D.C. degree (Doctor of Chiropractic).

She has a great understanding of how well the combination of chiropractic care, physical therapy, and nutrition can give you the life you desire.
